AFA/Vendor Management

Dozens of alternative fee arrangement (AFA) templates included in TyMetrix 360° are targeted at aligning law firm compensation precisely to your company’s objectives. Our Timekeeper Rate Management application provides for tighter but more flexible control over your law firms’ billing rates. An approvals feature allows clients to sign off on rates entered by firms.

ITP Rules Engine

When a timekeeper submits an invoice to a client, our proprietary Invoice Testing Process automatically tests the invoices against business rules that can conform to best practices, common invoice concerns or can be fully customized to fit the exact needs of a unique legal environment. If the invoice meets the conditions specified by the rules, then the system automatically takes a prescribed action on the invoice – saving hours of manual administration.

Invoice Review

Once it has passed through the business rule checking process, an invoice is sent automatically to your invoice reviewers. TyMetrix 360° offers several ways in which invoices can be set up for review, and provides fail-safe functionality to make sure no invoices slip through the cracks or end up unnoticed.
