This application simplifies the assignment of firms to matters and cases by sending a “request of assignment” notification to outside counsel. Once the firm accepts the request, they are prompted to submit a case budget for review and approval by the client. All alerts and notifications associated with this application are sent automatically through TyMetrix 360°, eliminating the need for time-consuming administrative communication.
Case Planning and Monitoring
The Case Planning and Monitoring application helps users ensure that case documentation is completed and kept current, and automatically reminds individuals to complete documentation according to timing and content guidelines. The application uses automated email alerts to enable users to document and track their cases, and includes Early Case Assessment, a Recurring Case Status Update, Trial Planning, and an easy-to-access Monitoring Report that helps you get a view of where compliance is an issue.
Case Resolution and Closing
Once a case is closed in TyMetrix 360°, the responsible professional is prompted to capture a quick but essential summary of information about the case resolution, including disposition details and a summary of how the outcome may affect future strategies.
Document Management
Document Management provides an organized strategy for your important case documentation. The key difference with TyMetrix 360° document management is its ability to store documents with matters or cases, in invoices, or in the document library. The structured document storage methodology eliminates the frustration of searching for documents in large repositories. Now your team can quickly use keyword- or filter-based searching to find documents quickly and easily.
