Account Management Services
The TyMetrix Account Management Services offering is designed to support clients who wish to deepen their relationship with TyMetrix in order to gain strategic and operational advantages. Each client is assigned an extended team that is engaged and responsible for overall client satisfaction and achievement of strategic goals. Some of the services and activities supported by this team are:
- Strategic Business Partnership: Engaging with clients to help create or execute strategic goals and projects, with a focus on understanding the client’s business and industry segments. Applying knowledge of market trends and best practices in e-billing and matter management.
- Leveraging of TyMetrix Solutions: Recommending configurations, modules, and set-up of a client’s applications/networks. Working with client business processes and capturing data to successfully leverage and build metrics and analytics to make effective strategic and tactical decisions.
- Client Advocacy: Acting as a liaison and champion for the client to escalate and effect client priorities within the various operational/tactical departments. Providing support for client projects, upgrades, and enhancements to their installation.
- Operational Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational activities. Ensuring their client is maximizing their system functionality. Project Management for on-demand service projects. Weekly status calls to review progress against the client’s strategic plan and any open operational issues.
